My own college experience was abundantly filled with new experiences, leadership opportunities and great mentors. It has proven to be a pivotal point in my life in shaping who I am and what I offer this world. This very reason has made me so eager to work within higher education to witness the difference we can make in the lives of our students.

Being a Louisiana native, I was taught what it means to be a Tiger and the pride that comes with it since birth. There is a special feeling that you get when you walk on campus surrounded by students that all share a love for LSU! I am grateful to be serving the community of our LSU parents and families as they embark on this journey with their Tiger. It is my commitment to offer support to ensure our families are in-the-kneaux about LSU resources and events to keep their Tiger thriving! My biggest hope is that every Tiger Family can look back on these years and cherish the memories made along the way.

Advice I don't leave home without

"Seek the joy in life over happiness... Happiness can be a temporary emotion, but joy is an overall perception." Life moves so fast, and we often get caught up in all the small things that make us happy instead of looking at the bigger picture. I choose to seek joy!

Binge-worth picks

I love to fill long drives with a good crime podcast, especially "Morbid." My go-to TV shows are drama-filled reality shows like "Vanderpump Rules" or "Love Island." I will always go back to "Grey's Anatomy" and "Glee" to re-watch over and over.

If I didn't have this job, I'd be... 

A Wedding Planner! I have a sweet spot for a wedding day and the love that fills the room. I love all things events and all things love, so why not combine the two?
